2022 Roundup: 10 wellness remedies to start the year off right
It's the end of the year, time to take stock. Whatever the outcome, it's time to turn the page and prepare for the next year. If you've made your mental well-being and quality of life a priority for the next 12 months, here are 10 articles from my blog, each dealing with a wellness issue, that will help you take care of yourself.
I have to admit that the year 2022 has not been really productive for me on the blogging side, but that's because I started podcasting. This does not mean that I have totally abandoned my blog, on the contrary, I will also share the content of my podcast. So this podcast, which is also called Ma qualité de vie (My Quality of Life), is a kind of audio experience of the blog. For now, the podcast is only in French, but I plan to launch another one in English one of these days. I'll keep you posted. In the meantime, I will translate the highlights of the interviews I host on my show into English and share them on the blog.
So as 2022 comes to a close, I wanted to look back at the top 10 most viewed articles on the blog during the year. So read them and use this knowledge to enhance your wellness next year.
